From Hradec Králové, start at the main train station (Hlavní nádraží). Take a train towards Teplice nad Metují. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Teplice nad Metují train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located directly outside. Here, catch bus number 400, which heads towards the village of Střmen. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Request to get off at the stop named 'Střmen'. After disembarking, follow the marked hiking trail signs that lead to the castle ruins. The walk from the bus stop to the ruins is approximately 20 minutes, following a scenic path through the woods.
