From the center of Karlovy Vary, start at the famous Hot Spring Colonnade. Head south on Tržiště street towards the intersection with Lázeňská street. At the intersection, turn left onto Lázeňská street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Zámecký Vrch. Turn right onto Zámecký Vrch and walk uphill. Continue on this path until you reach the top of the hill, where you will find a viewpoint. From there, continue walking towards the path that leads down the hill to the area of Versteinertes Holz.
