Walking
If you are in the city center of Karlovy Vary, start at the main tourist information center located at Tržiště 1, 360 01 Karlovy Vary. Exit the center and head southeast on Tržiště towards the intersection with Mlýnská. Turn left onto Mlýnská, and continue straight until you reach the famous Karlovy Vary colonnade. From the colonnade, follow the signs to the Dvořákovy Sady park. Walk through the park, enjoying the views and atmosphere, until you reach the end of the park. Exit the park onto the Na Vyhlídce street and turn left. Continue straight for about 400 meters, and you will find the Wasserkraft betriebenes Riesenrad at Na Vyhlídce 1080/55, which should be visible from the street.

From the Karlovy Vary train station, take bus number 5 or 7 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Tržiště' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the main tourist information center at Tržiště 1. From there, follow the walking directions provided earlier to reach the Wasserkraft betriebenes Riesenrad. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the station directly to Na Vyhlídce 1080/55, which is a short ride.
