    From the center of Jelenia Góra, head northeast on ul. 1 Maja toward ul. Cieplicka. Continue on ul. Cieplicka for approximately 3 km. You will see signs for Karkonosze National Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance at Cieplicka 196, where you can find parking facilities.

    Take bus number 14 or 15 from Jelenia Góra bus station towards Cieplice Zdrój. Get off at the stop 'Cieplice Zdrój, Cieplicka'. From there, it's a short walk of about 500 meters along ul. Cieplicka to reach Karkonosze National Park at Cieplicka 196.
