If you are driving from the Moravian Karst, take the D1 motorway towards Brno. Exit at Brno-Centrum (Exit 194) and follow signs for the city center. Continue onto Kounicova Street, then turn left onto Burešova Street. Follow the road until you reach Jakubské náměstí. The Brno Ossuary is located at Jakubské nám. 11, where you can park at nearby public parking facilities. Be mindful of parking fees, which typically range from CZK 20 to CZK 40 per hour.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus or train from the Moravian Karst to Brno. From the Brno main train station (Hlavní nádraží), you can take tram line 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Zelný trh' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to Jakubské náměstí. Head south on Zelný trh, continue onto Dominikánská and then turn left onto Jakubské náměstí. The Brno Ossuary is located at Jakubské nám. 11. Make sure to purchase a ticket before boarding; a standard ticket costs approximately CZK 25.

If you are already in the center of Brno, you can walk to the Brno Ossuary from most central locations. Simply head towards Jakubské náměstí. The ossuary is located right beneath St. James' Church, which is a prominent landmark in the area. The walk from the main square (Náměstí Svobody) takes about 15 minutes. Follow the signs towards St. James' Church, and you will find the entrance to the ossuary.
