From Josefov, head towards the Vltava River and cross the Mánes Bridge. After crossing, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Újezd Street. Turn left onto Újezd Street and follow it as it leads uphill. After a short walk, you'll arrive at the base of the Petřín Hill. You can either take a leisurely walk up to the castle or take the funicular railway from the foot of Petřín Hill to the top. The funicular runs regularly and costs around CZK 30 for a single ride.

From Josefov, walk to the nearest tram stop at 'Staroměstská' (Old Town). Take tram number 22 in the direction of 'Břevnov'.
