Originally built in the late 19th century, the lookout was initially named Vilém's Lookout (Wilhelm's Lookout) after German Emperor Wilhelm II. The emperor even visited the lookout in 1913 during his stay at the chateau. After World War II, its name was changed to Bezručova Prospect. The structure consists of four stone pillars supporting a wooden viewing platform, accessible by a staircase.
