ZOO Dvorec: A Wildlife Haven in South Bohemia

ZOO Dvorec, located near Borovany in the South Bohemia region of the Czech Republic, is a delightful zoological garden that provides a unique opportunity to connect with wildlife. Founded in 2007, this smaller zoo has steadily grown to house around 70 animal species, with a special emphasis on predators and exotic animals. Visitors can admire lions (including the Barbary lion), tigers, leopards, and other fascinating creatures from around the world. Since 2014, ZOO Dvorec has housed the largest collection of cobras of the Naja genus, with 21 out of 22 species represented.
