The Moravian Museum is located on Zelný trh (Vegetable Market) in the heart of Brno's city center. From the square's central fountain, the Dietrichstein Palace, which houses the museum, is easily visible. Walk directly towards the large building; the main entrance faces the square.

Public Transport
Brno's public transport system is efficient and can get you close to the Moravian Museum. Take tram line 4 or 9 to the 'Zelný trh' stop, which is directly in front of the Dietrichstein Palace. Alternatively, many other tram and bus lines stop within a short walking distance at 'Náměstí Svobody' or 'Šilingrovo náměstí'. A single 15-minute ticket costs 20 CZK, while a 60-minute ticket is 25 CZK. You can purchase tickets from vending machines at the stops or directly via contactless payment in the vehicle.

Taxis are readily available in Brno and can drop you off directly in front of the Moravian Museum on Zelný trh. A typical taxi ride from the main train station (Hlavní nádraží) to the museum costs approximately 110-150 CZK and takes only a few minutes, but note that the fare could be closer to 206 CZK for a 5km ride.
