Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Olomouc main train station (Hlavní nádraží), take bus number 11. The bus departs from stand D in front of the train station every 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Svatý Kopeček, bazil.' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the zoo entrance. A single bus ticket costs approximately 20 CZK.

  • Car

    From the center of Olomouc, follow the signs for Svatý Kopeček. The zoo is located approximately 10 km from the city center. Enter 'Svatý Kopeček, Darwinova' into your GPS. Parking is available near the main entrance. Parking fees vary depending on the season: March-October is 100 CZK/day, November-February is 60 CZK/day.

    From Svatý Kopeček, walk down Hranická Street towards Olomouc. The zoo is approximately a 30-minute walk (2.5 kilometers). Follow the signs directing you towards the zoo.
