    From the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, exit the refuge and turn left onto DE-6 E. Continue on DE-6 E for about 5.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-113 N. Turn left onto US-113 N and continue for approximately 12 miles. Merge onto DE-1 N (a toll road) and follow it for about 5 miles. Take exit 104 for DE-8 W toward Dover. Merge onto DE-8 W and continue for about 1.5 miles. Finally, turn right onto N Dupont Hwy (US-13), and the Delaware Agricultural Museum will be on your right at 866 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901.

    From the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, you will first need to reach the nearest bus stop. You can walk to the intersection of DE-6 E and US-113 N. Once there, take a DART First State bus (Route 104) heading toward Dover. The bus will take you directly to Dover. You will need to pay a fare of around $1.75 for the trip. Once in Dover, disembark at the nearest stop to the Delaware Agricultural Museum and walk approximately 1 mile north on N Dupont Hwy to reach the museum located at 866 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901.
