    Canby Grove Park is located at 52 Twaddell Mill Rd, Wilmington, DE 19807. From Brandywine Creek State Park's main entrance, head east on Brandywine Creek Rd. Continue for 1.5 miles to Twaddell Mill Rd, then turn left. Drive 0.5 miles; the park is on your right. Note that parking is available but may be limited. Parking is free.

    To reach Canby Grove Park via public transport, take DART First State bus (Route 10) from Brandywine Creek State Park to the intersection of Route 202 and Silverside Rd. Transfer to Route 5, getting off near Twaddell Mill Rd. From there, it's a 15-minute walk (0.7 miles) north on Twaddell Mill Rd to the park. A single fare on DART First State is $2.00.

Canby Grove Park, located in Wilmington, Delaware, is a picturesque park offering a tranquil escape for nature lovers and families. The park's property was purchased by P.S. duPont during the planning phase of Kennett Pike. Later, the vacant lot was transferred to the City of Wilmington. Following the death of Henry M. “Harry” Canby in 1928, friends of the Centreville resident petitioned the city to name the property “Canby's Grove” in his memory. Since the 1950s, community groups have contributed to the park's maintenance and improvement. Today, the park continues to be managed by the Centerville Civic Association.
