The DRBA Ferry Terminal is the closest bus stop to Cape Henlopen State Park, but it is still a considerable walk (approximately 30 minutes/2700 yards) to the fishing pier. From the terminal, follow Cape Henlopen Drive into the park and follow signs to the pier. A one-way bus fare is typically $2.00 - $4.00.
