Once inside Cape Henlopen State Park, follow the signs to the fishing pier. Parking is available near the pier, but can be limited during peak season. Park entry fees apply from March 1 to November 30: $5/day for Delaware vehicles, $10/day for out-of-state vehicles.

From the Lewes Transit Center, take the DART Route 204 bus towards the DRBA Ferry Terminal. The DRBA Ferry Terminal is the closest bus stop to Cape Henlopen State Park, but it is still a considerable walk (approximately 30 minutes/2700 yards) to the fishing pier. From the terminal, follow Cape Henlopen Drive into the park and follow signs to the pier. A one-way bus fare is typically $2.00 - $4.00.
