Note that there is a daily entrance fee to the park ($5 for Delaware vehicles, $10 for out-of-state vehicles). Parking is available throughout the park, but can be limited during peak season. Consider arriving early to secure a parking spot.

    From the Lewes Transit Center, take the DART Route 204 bus towards the Cape Henlopen State Park. Get off at the closest stop to your desired location within the park; the Drba Ferry Terminal is about a 30-minute walk. A one-way bus fare is approximately $2.     From the town of Lewes, you can walk or bike into Cape Henlopen State Park via the bike path. The Junction and Breakwater Trail connects Lewes to the park. Once inside the park, follow the paved roads and trails to reach various attractions. Be aware that the walk from Lewes to the main areas of the park can take 30-60 minutes. There is a park entrance fee for those walking or biking in during fee season.
