From Lums Pond State Park, exit the park and turn left onto Route 896 South. Continue on Route 896 for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Merge onto Route 1 North towards Wilmington. After about 5 miles, take the exit for Route 7 North (Limestone Road). Follow Route 7 for approximately 10 miles, then turn right onto Creek Road. Auburn Valley State Park will be on your left at 3000 Creek Rd, Hockessin, DE 19707.
