Getting There

Walking

From downtown Wilmington, follow Market Street north towards Brandywine Park. Turn left onto 18th Street and continue west to enter the park. The walk is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20 minutes.
Public Transport

Take DART First State bus #5 or #25, which service the Brandywine Valley. Check the DART website or app for the most up-to-date schedules and routes. A one-way fare is $2.00.
Taxi/Ride-share

From the Wilmington train station, a taxi or ride-share to Brandywine Park will cost approximately $8-$12, depending on traffic. Specify Brandywine Park, 18th and Market Street as your destination.
Driving

From I-95, take exit 8 for 4th Street toward downtown Wilmington. Follow 4th Street to Market Street and turn right. Continue north on Market Street to Brandywine Park. Parking is available in the park, but may be limited due to bridge work until December 2025. Metered parking is available on nearby streets. Expect to pay around $2 per hour.
