Getting There

Turn right onto Hopkins Rd. Drive for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the Arc Corner Monument Stone located on the right side of the road at 520 Hopkins Rd. There is no parking lot specifically for the monument, but you can pull over safely along the road.

  If you are using public transportation, check for local bus routes that service Newark, DE. The DART First State bus service has routes that can get you close to White Clay Creek State Park. The nearest stop would likely be on New London Rd. Once you disembark, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile south on New London Rd towards Hopkins Rd. Then, turn right onto Hopkins Rd and walk another 0.5 miles to reach the Arc Corner Monument Stone at 520 Hopkins Rd. Be sure to check the bus schedule for any potential fares.

  For those who prefer biking or walking, if you’re already within White Clay Creek State Park, you can take the trails leading south towards New London Rd. After exiting the park, continue south on New London Rd for about 1.5 miles. At the intersection with Hopkins Rd, turn right and walk or bike for another 0.5 miles until you reach the Arc Corner Monument Stone at 520 Hopkins Rd. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and be aware of traffic, as you will be walking along the road.
