There is no parking lot specifically for the monument, but you can pull over safely along the road.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, check for local bus routes that service Newark, DE. The DART First State bus service has routes that can get you close to White Clay Creek State Park. The nearest stop would likely be on New London Rd. Once you disembark, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile south on New London Rd towards Hopkins Rd.
