Getting There

Walking

If you are starting from downtown Wilmington, head northeast on Market Street towards 3rd Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Washington Street. Turn right onto North Washington Street and continue for another 0.3 miles. You will come to the intersection with Kentmere Parkway. Turn left onto Kentmere Parkway, and the Delaware Art Museum will be on your right at 2301 Kentmere Parkway. The entire walk should take about 20-25 minutes.
Bus

From the Wilmington Train Station, you can take the DART First State bus route 21. Board the bus heading towards the 'Kirkwood Highway' at the bus stop right outside the station. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop on Kentmere Parkway at the intersection with North Park Drive. From there, walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) down Kentmere Parkway, and the Delaware Art Museum will be on your left at 2301 Kentmere Parkway.
Bicycle

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike share programs available in Wilmington. Start from the Wilmington Riverwalk and head north towards North Market Street. Follow North Market Street until you reach the intersection with 11th Street, where you will turn left. Continue on 11th Street until you reach North Washington Street, then turn right. Follow North Washington Street until you reach Kentmere Parkway and turn left. The Delaware Art Museum will be on your right at 2301 Kentmere Parkway. The bike ride should take around 15-20 minutes.
