From Copenhagen Central Station (København H), take a regional train towards 'Høje Taastrup'. Trains to Ishøj run frequently, approximately every 10-15 minutes. The journey takes about 20-25 minutes. Disembark at Ishøj Station.

Once you arrive at Ishøj Station, exit the station and turn left onto Ishøj Bygade. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Strandvejen. Turn right onto Strandvejen, and continue straight. After about 15-20 minutes of walking, you will reach Ishøj beach, located at the end of Strandvejen.
