Getting There

  • Bus

    From the center of Roskilde, head to the Roskilde Station. Once at the station, look for the bus terminal which is adjacent to the train tracks. Take bus number 204 towards 'Holbæk' or bus number 205 towards 'Køge'. Both buses will take you to a stop near the fjord area. Make sure to get off at the stop 'Roskilde Fjord'. The bus ride takes approximately 20-30 minutes. After getting off, follow the signs towards the waterfront to reach the scenic areas of Roskilde Fjord.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the many bike rental shops in Roskilde. Once you have your bike, head towards the waterfront by following 'Roskilde Havn' signs. The route along the harbor is scenic and will lead you to 'Roskilde Fjord'. It’s approximately a 5 km ride from the city center, and it should take about 15-20 minutes.
