From the center of Bayahibe, head east on the main road (Carretera Bayahibe). Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the fork in the road. At the fork, take the left turn towards Boca de Yuma. Follow this road for another 5 km, enjoying the scenic views along the way. You will know you are close when you start to see signs for Boca de Yuma. Continue on this road until you reach the entrance of the town. Boca de Yuma is a quaint fishing village, and you will easily find the main attractions and restaurants once you enter the town.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Bayahibe. Start by heading east on the main road (Carretera Bayahibe) and continue for about 1.5 km. At the fork, veer left towards Boca de Yuma. The route is mostly flat and offers a pleasant ride with beautiful views. After about 5 km, you will arrive at Boca de Yuma. Make sure to follow the signs that indicate the way to the village as you approach.

To reach Boca de Yuma using public transport, go to the main bus stop in Bayahibe. Look for the local guagua (shared taxi/bus) heading towards Boca de Yuma.
