After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left onto the Carretera La Vega - Jarabacoa. Continue driving for about 20 kilometers until you reach the town of La Cienaga. From there, turn right onto the narrow road leading to Salto El Berro. Follow this road for another 5 kilometers, and keep an eye out for signs directing you to the waterfall. There is a small parking area near the entrance.
