If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Jarabacoa. Head southeast on Calle Juan Pablo Duarte towards Calle del Sol. After about 1 km, turn left onto Calle 1, which will become Carretera Jarabacoa - La Vega. Continue for approximately 5 km, following signs for Salto Jimenoa. You will reach the entrance to Salto Jimenoa #1, marked with a sign, on your left. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Salto Jimenoa #1 using public transportation, take a local bus (guagua) from the central bus station in Jarabacoa. Look for buses heading towards La Vega or Salto Jimenoa. The fare is typically around 50-100 Dominican Pesos (DOP). Inform the driver of your destination, Salto Jimenoa. Once you arrive at the entrance (which should take about 15-20 minutes), you may need to walk a short distance to the actual entrance area.

If you are already near the Salto Jimenoa area and prefer to walk, ensure you have a map or GPS. From the center of Jarabacoa, head southeast on Calle Juan Pablo Duarte, and then take Calle 1 towards Carretera Jarabacoa - La Vega. It will take about 1 hour to walk the 5 km distance to the entrance of Salto Jimenoa #1. Be prepared for some uneven terrain as you approach the entrance.
