Car
If you are driving from the center of Enriquillo Valley, head northeast on the main road towards Santo Domingo. Continue on the main highway (Carretera 1) for approximately 2 hours until you reach the outskirts of Santo Domingo. Follow signs for 'Ciudad Nueva' as you approach the city. Once in Ciudad Nueva, look for 'C. Mariano Cesteros' street. The park is located at F4C5+H44, which should be visible on your GPS. Parking is available nearby, but be aware of local parking regulations to avoid fines.

Public Transportation
To reach Independence Park via public transportation, start by taking a local bus or 'carro publico' from Enriquillo Valley to Santo Domingo. Buses run frequently and cost around 100 DOP (Dominican Pesos). Ensure you ask the driver for the correct stop for Ciudad Nueva. Once in Ciudad Nueva, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to C. Mariano Cesteros where the park is located. A taxi from the bus station should cost around 200-300 DOP.
