Car
From Enriquillo Valley, take the main road (Carretera Enriquillo) towards the north. Continue until you reach the intersection with Autopista 6 de Noviembre. Merge onto Autopista 6 de Noviembre heading east. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit towards Santo Domingo. Continue straight onto Av. 27 de Febrero, then take a left onto Av. México. The National Palace will be on your right at Av. México, Santo Domingo. Parking may be available nearby, but it may incur a cost of around 100-200 DOP.

To reach the National Palace using public transportation, first locate a local bus or 'carro público' that heads towards Santo Domingo. You may need to take a bus from Enriquillo Valley to the nearest major city, such as Barahona, then transfer to a bus heading to Santo Domingo. Upon arrival in Santo Domingo, ask the driver to drop you off near Av. México. From there, the National Palace is within walking distance. The total cost for this journey can vary but expect to pay around 150-300 DOP for the bus fare.
