If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Los Haitises. Head east on the main road towards Sabana de la Mar. Continue on this road for about 30 minutes, following the signs for Sabana de la Mar. Once you reach Sabana de la Mar, look for the signs directing you to Carr. Caño Hondo. Turn onto Carr. Caño Hondo, and you will find Caño Hondo Hotel - Tour & Excursion about 10 minutes down this road on your left. Ensure that you have a GPS or map application handy to assist with navigation.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Los Haitises to Sabana de la Mar. Buses operate regularly from the main terminal in Los Haitises. The fare is usually around 100-150 Dominican Pesos (DOP). Once you arrive in Sabana de la Mar, you can either walk or take a local motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to Carr. Caño Hondo. The motoconcho fare should be approximately 50 DOP. Make sure to ask the driver to take you directly to Caño Hondo Hotel - Tour & Excursion.
