If you are in the center of Las Terrenas, start by heading west on Calle 27 de Febrero. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle Duarte. Turn right onto Calle Duarte, and walk for about 300 meters. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Playa Punta Popy. After walking along Calle Duarte, turn left onto Calle El Sol, and follow it until you reach the beach. Playa Punta Popy will be straight ahead.

From any location in Las Terrenas, you can easily catch a motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) to Playa Punta Popy. Just signal a motoconcho by raising your hand; they are common and will stop for you. Tell the driver 'Playa Punta Popy' or simply 'Punta Popy'. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
