If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Las Terrenas and head southwest on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Calle Gregorio Luperón. Hotel Casino Niza will be on your left at number 33. There is free parking available at the hotel.

For public transportation, catch a local guagua (minibus) from the main bus station in Las Terrenas. Look for a guagua heading towards Samana and ask the driver to drop you off at Gregorio Luperón. The fare is around 50 pesos. Once you get off, walk about 200 meters back along Gregorio Luperón, and you will find Hotel Casino Niza on your left at number 33.
