Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the center of Samana, head to the bus terminal located at Calle Juan Pablo Duarte. Look for a bus that is headed towards Las Terrenas, which should be clearly marked. The ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Las Terrenas, you will get off at the main bus terminal.

• Walking

  From the Las Terrenas bus terminal, exit the terminal and head southwest on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte. Continue straight until you reach Calle Caamaño Deño Francisco. Turn left onto Calle Caamaño Deño Francisco and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the Las Terrenas Sailing Club on your right.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you prefer a more active approach, consider renting a bicycle in Las Terrenas. From the main bus terminal, ride southwest on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Calle Caamaño Deño Francisco. Continue riding for approximately 5 minutes until you reach the Las Terrenas Sailing Club, which will be on your right.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from the bus terminal. Taxis are readily available outside the terminal. Inform the driver that you want to go to Las Terrenas Sailing Club located on Caamaño Deño Francisco Street. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
