Car
If you're driving from San Juan de la Maguana, take Route 116 south towards El Cercado. Continue on Route 116 until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Take a left onto Route 1 and follow signs for San Juan Valley. After about 10 kilometers, look for a sign for 'Natural Pool' and turn right onto a dirt road. Drive for about 2 kilometers until you reach the parking area for Natural Pool. Be prepared for some bumpy sections of the road, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

Public Transportation
To reach Natural Pool by public transport, take a guagua (shared taxi) from San Juan de la Maguana heading to El Cercado. Ask the driver to let you off at the junction with Route 1. From there, you will need to hire a motorcycle taxi (motoconcho) to take you the remaining 10 kilometers to Natural Pool. Be sure to agree on the fare before starting your ride. Expect to pay around 200 pesos for the motorcycle taxi. The ride will take about 15 minutes.
