If you are driving from San Juan Valley, take Route 5 heading northeast. Follow the signs for Cabrera. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will arrive at the town of Cabrera. Look for Carretera #5 Nagua Cabrera La Entrada, where Dudú Lagoon is located. There is a small parking area available near the lagoon. Please note that parking may have a nominal fee, so keep some Dominican Pesos handy.

For those relying on public transportation, start by taking a local bus (carro publicos) from San Juan Valley to Cabrera. These buses usually depart from designated stops in the town center and cost around 100-150 Dominican Pesos. Once you arrive in Cabrera, you can take a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) to Dudú Lagoon for about 50-100 Dominican Pesos. Make sure to ask the driver to take you to Carretera #5 Nagua Cabrera La Entrada, as they are familiar with the area.
