If you are in Piantini, head towards Av. Winston Churchill. Walk along this avenue, which is a major road in Santo Domingo. Continue straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Av. 27 de Febrero. Cross Av. 27 de Febrero; you will see the Plaza de la Bandera just a few blocks ahead on your right. The plaza is marked by a large flag and is recognizable from a distance.

From Piantini, you can take the public bus (carro público) that goes towards the Plaza de la Bandera area. Locate a bus stop along Av. Winston Churchill, and look for a bus heading to 'Plaza de la Bandera' or '27 de Febrero'. The fare is typically around 25-50 Dominican Pesos (DOP). After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the Plaza de la Bandera stop. The plaza will be directly in front of you.
