    If you are driving from Cuenca, take the Pan-American Highway (E35) heading south. After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Azogues (E40). Continue on this road until you reach the town of Biblian. From Biblian, follow the signs towards Laguna de Los Perros. The road may become narrow and winding, so drive carefully. Once you reach the entrance of the national park, there may be a small fee for parking. After parking, it is about a 15-minute hike to the Laguna Toreador.

    From Cuenca, you can catch a bus to Azogues at the terminal. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around $1. Upon arriving in Azogues, you can take another bus towards Biblian. The fare is approximately $0.50, and the ride takes about 20 minutes. Once in Biblian, ask the locals for directions to Laguna de Los Perros, as public transport may not go directly there. You may need to arrange a taxi or use a rideshare app to get to the national park entrance. Expect to pay around $5-$10 for the taxi. After arriving at the park, it’s a 15-minute hike to the lagoon.
