If you're driving from Cotopaxi Province, head north on the Pan-American Highway (E35) towards Quito. Follow the signs to Parque Metropolitano, where you can find parking. From the park, use local trails to reach Condor Machay Cascadas, which is approximately a 30-minute hike.
