Continue straight for about 5 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for the Cascadas Yanayaku, which will be marked with signage. Follow the dirt road for approximately 2 kilometers until you arrive at the parking area for the waterfalls.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Tena to Archidona. Buses frequently depart from Tena's main terminal and the fare is usually around $1. Once you reach Archidona, disembark at the main square. From there, you can either hire a local taxi (approximately $5) to take you to the Cascadas Yanayaku entrance or ask for directions to the nearby bus stop where you can catch a local bus heading towards the waterfalls. The local bus fare is typically around $0.50.
