Continue straight for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the E35 highway. Turn right onto E35 and drive for about 10 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating 'Hospital del Río, Azogues - Cuenca' and follow them. The Amaru Zoológico Bioparque is located on the left side of the road, just before reaching the Hospital del Río.
