Getting There

As you enter Guayaquil, continue on Avenida de las Américas, which will eventually merge into Avenida Carlos Julio Arosemena. Follow the signs for Malecon 2000 as you approach the city center. Once you reach the city center, look for signs directing you to Simon Bolivar Palacios, where Malecon 2000 is located. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for a fee of about $1 to $2 per hour.
