From any location in Oriente, head towards Puyo. Depending on your starting point, follow the main roads leading to Puyo. Once you reach Puyo, look for signs for 'Puente Colgante' (Hanging Bridge) and 'Paseo Turístico del Río Puyo'. Upon reaching the bridge, continue driving for about 250 meters NE past the 'Puente Multicolor' (Multicolor Bridge). The entrance to Parque Etnobotánico Omaere will be on your left, just before the Hanging Bridge. Parking is available nearby.

If you are using public transportation, look for a bus heading to Puyo from your current location in Oriente. Upon arrival in Puyo, you can either take a taxi or walk towards 'Puente Colgante'. The park is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Head towards the Hanging Bridge and then proceed 250 meters NE past the Multicolor Bridge. The entrance to Parque Etnobotánico Omaere will be on your left.
