If you are driving from Oriente, take the E20 highway heading west. Continue for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the E28 road. Take the exit towards Ambato. After about 20 kilometers, look for signs directing you to Parque Nacional Cotopaxi. Follow the signs as you transition onto the E35 road. The entrance to the park will be on your left. Be prepared for a scenic drive and watch for wildlife along the way. The park entrance fee is approximately $10 per vehicle.
