Walking
From the main square (Plaza de los Ponchos) in Otavalo, head south on Calle Bolívar until you reach Avenida 31 de Octubre. Turn left and walk along Avenida 31 de Octubre for about 800 meters. You'll pass several shops and eateries. Once you reach the intersection with Calle San Francisco, continue straight for another 150 meters. Look for signs directing you to San Francisco de la Pita, and you should see Galapagos Tours Nature Galapagos & Ecuador on your right.

From Otavalo's bus terminal, take a bus heading to Quito. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to San Francisco de la Pita. It should take about 30 minutes. Once you get off, walk back towards the direction of the bus and take the first right onto San Francisco de la Pita. Continue walking for about 400 meters, and Galapagos Tours Nature Galapagos & Ecuador will be on your left.
