    From the center of Puerto Ayora, head east toward Avenida Charles Darwin. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Isla Floreana. Turn left onto Calle de la Isla Floreana and proceed until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Isla Santa Cruz. Turn right onto Calle de la Isla Santa Cruz and continue straight. The Galapagos Santa Cruz Museum will be on your right.
