La Regata is located on Ave Charles Darwin in Puerto Ayora, making it easily accessible on foot from most points in town. From the main dock (Muelle Turístico), walk east along the main street, Avenida Charles Darwin. La Regata will be on your right, near the Capitanía. The walk is generally flat and takes about 5-10 minutes from the central part of town.
