Getting There

    From the center of Puerto Misahuallí, cross the bridge over the Río Napo on the road towards Ahuano or the airport. After crossing the bridge, continue for about 5 minutes until you see a turnoff to the community. The community is located a short walk from this turnoff.

    In Puerto Misahuallí, you can hire a motorized canoe to take you to Comunidad Shiripuno. The boat ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Negotiate the price before departure. A typical price for a canoe that can accommodate up to 12 people is around $30.
