From Plaza Guayarte, walk north along Avenida Kennedy. The Puente Zigzag will be visible on your left, spanning the Estero Salado. Access the bridge via the ramp located at the intersection of Avenida Kennedy and Calle Nahim Isaías Barquet. No costs are associated with walking to or across the bridge.
Public Transport
Several bus routes serve the area near Puente Zigzag. Take any of the following buses: RUTA 112, RUTA 125, RUTA 143, RUTA 22, or RUTA 64 to the Avenida del Periodista and Av Kennedy stop. From there, it's a short 2-minute walk to the bridge. A rechargeable card is needed for public buses in Guayaquil and can be obtained at the bus stop for $2.00. A one-way ticket costs $0.30.
