Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Tena, take a public bus from the Centinela bus station to San Pedro de Sumino. Buses typically take around 1.5-2 hours. From San Pedro, the Yacuma EcoLodge provides a canoe service to the lodge, a ride of approximately 30 minutes. The bus from Quito to Tena is approximately $6. The cost of the canoe is included in the tour package.

  • Taxi/Private Transport

    Alternatively, hire a taxi or private truck from Tena to San Pedro de Sumino. Negotiate the fare in advance. From San Pedro, the Yacuma EcoLodge provides a canoe to the lodge, a ride of approximately 30 minutes. The cost of the canoe is included in the tour package.
