Walking
Start at the famous Alexandria Library (Bibliotheca Alexandrina). From the library, head east towards the Corniche. Once you reach the Corniche, turn right and walk along the waterfront. After about 1 km, you will reach the entrance of the Al Azaritah neighborhood. Continue straight along Al Askandar Al Akbar street for about 500 meters. The fabulous old building will be on your left at 36 Al Askandar Al Akbar.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus station in Alexandria, take a bus heading towards Bab Sharqi. The buses are frequent and take about 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to let you off at Al Askandar Al Akbar street. Once you disembark, walk straight for about 200 meters; the fabulous old building will be on your right at number 36.

Walking from a Nearby Landmark
If you're at the famous Qaitbay Citadel, exit the citadel and head south towards the Corniche. Walk along the Corniche for about 1.5 km until you reach the Al Azaritah neighborhood. Turn left onto Al Askandar Al Akbar street and walk for about 300 meters. The fabulous old building will be on your left at 36 Al Askandar Al Akbar.
