    To reach the Giza Pyramids by metro, take Line 2 to Giza station. From there, you can take a taxi or a bus to the pyramids, which are approximately 8 km away. A taxi ride from Giza metro station to the pyramids will cost around 20-30 EGP. Several buses also operate from Cairo to Giza. Bus numbers 355 and 357 depart from near the Egyptian Museum in downtown Cairo. The bus fare is approximately 4 EGP.
