If you are in the central area of Heliopolis, start by heading towards the intersection of Al Ahram Street and Taha Hussein Street. Walk north on Taha Hussein Street for about 1 km. The obelisk is located at 119 Taha Hussein, just past the Ein Shams Al Gharbeyah neighborhood. Look for the large stone structure on your left as you approach the address.

Locate a nearby bus station in Heliopolis. Take a bus heading towards El Matareya and ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Taha Hussein Street. Once you get off, walk west on Taha Hussein Street for approximately 200 meters until you reach the obelisk at 119 Taha Hussein. The bus fare is typically around 5 EGP.

From Heliopolis, find the nearest metro station, such as the El-Marg station. Take the metro on Line 3 towards the Haroun station. Get off at the Haroun station and transfer to a bus or taxi (a fare of about 10-15 EGP) heading towards Taha Hussein Street. Inform the driver of your destination (119 Taha Hussein) so they can drop you off close to the obelisk.
