We stayed at Charmillion Club Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh from September 22 to October 4. The hotel is beautiful and spread over a large area. We really enjoyed the beach, too. Even in water that was only ankle-deep, we could see lots of fish! The rooms are lovely and clean. Our room cleaner did his best to fulfil our requests. As there were five of us, we were given three rooms, and ours was room 0221. I have severe food allergies, and I received all the help and support I needed from Morshed, the manager, and Hamdy, the chef. They prepared special meals for me because I cannot eat onions, celery or cumin seeds, as these can cause anaphylactic shock. I am extremely grateful for their care and attention. The waiters were kind, attentive and genuinely friendly, and their service was not just about receiving tips. I would also like to mention one of the waiters at the lobby bar. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he was tall, smiley and funny. By our second visit, he already remembered what we liked to drink and how we liked it! Another person I would like to praise for his kindness and attentiveness is Mohamed Youssef, who arranged taxis for us on several occasions. I hope I have remembered his name correctly! I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a wonderful stay, and for us, it was absolutely perfect!
