From Haapsalu Castle, head southeast on Lossi Street toward Tallinna Street. Turn left onto Tallinna Street and continue straight for about 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kiltsi tee. Continue on Kiltsi tee for approximately 5 km. You will see the Ungru lossi varemed (Ungru Castle Ruins) on your right. There are parking spaces available nearby, but ensure to check for any local parking regulations.

From Haapsalu Castle, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Tallinna Street (approximately a 10-minute walk). Take bus number 1 or 2 towards Kiltsi tee. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the Kiltsi tee bus stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk (800 meters) to the Ungru lossi varemed. Walk southeast along Kiltsi tee; the ruins will be clearly visible along the road.
